SHIPPING & RETURNS
For shipping within the UK, goods are sent by Royal Mail 1ST Class delivery. UK yarn orders over £35.00 qualify for free delivery. UK postage charges start at £1.40 for orders up to the value of £5.00; £1.95 for orders up to £10.00; £2.60 for orders up to £15.00; £2.70 for orders up to £20.00; £2.80 for orders up to £25.00; £2.90 for orders up to £30.00; £3.00 for orders up to £34.99.
Any orders placed on stock items will be dispatched within twenty four hours from receipt of payment. Should your item not be in stock we will email or phone you to let you know. You may wish to have your requested items back-ordered at that point, take part-delivery or cancel the order. If on backorder please allow between 10 to 28 days for delivery. Backordered items are charged at the time we process your main order. We do not accept responsibility for any delays caused by Royal Mail as these are out of our control.
Overseas Orders:
We will be delighted to complete orders to be dispatched outside the United Kingdom. Orders delivered outside of the European Union are Free from VAT, please tick the VAT Deduction box during checkout. Payments made in US Dollars and Euros are converted by Protx at the going exchange rate. |
